Although they are often controlled, yet the existence of people with social welfare issues (PMKS) keeps rampant in West Jakarta. In fact, along January-April, joint personnel of Satpol PP and West Jakarta Social Sub-Department only secured 169 people in 8 sub-districts, West Jakarta.
